How to submit a request
To request deletion of personal data processed by Conceptzoa OÜ, email:
Suggested subject: Data deletion
Include only information you know and that is necessary:

Email associated with your account or earlier enquiry.

Organisation or workspace, where applicable.

External service or connected account concerned.

Data you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, tokens, API keys or identity documents without specific instructions.
You may exercise rights over your own data without being an administrator. We may seek proportionate clarification to verify identity or authority.
Disconnecting external services
You may revoke access in the provider's settings and use any disconnect option available in the application.
For Google connections:

Disconnecting, requesting deletion and cancelling a subscription are separate operations. Deleting data at Conceptzoa does not automatically delete content on the source platform.
Handling your request
We assess the systems and information concerned and explain deletion or any necessary retention and its basis.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, explaining any legally permitted extension within that period. Stricter connected-service requirements apply where relevant.
When processing on a customer's behalf, we assist with the request and identify the appropriate controller.
