Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Entity and scope
These Terms govern use of the Conceptzoa website and the features and integrations provided through Conceptzoa AI Growth OS, as applicable to each use.
The provider is Conceptzoa OÜ, an Estonian company, registration number 16063793, VAT number EE102405011, with its registered address at Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia.
Website: https://conceptzoa.com
Application: https://os.conceptzoa.com
Contact: support@conceptzoa.com
The commercial services described are intended for professional customers. Mandatory rules and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Information and contracting
The website provides information about services, capabilities and features under development. An advertised or listed feature may depend on implementation, external approval or a specific order.
Visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting an audit or connecting an external account does not itself create a paid contract.
Software, implementation, content creation and ongoing assistance are provided under expressly accepted proposals, agreements or subscription conditions. Those documents define scope, deliverables, prices, duration, support and specific conditions.
Creating an account or granting access does not replace contractual acceptance. Privacy information and optional consent serve separate purposes.
3. Accounts and authorised use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and access only resources they are authorised to use.
Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority to contract, manage users or connect that organisation's resources.
The services must not be used to:
-
Infringe rights or distribute unlawful content.
-
Obtain credentials improperly or introduce malicious software.
-
Bypass limits, permissions, approvals or security measures.
-
Access another customer's data without authorisation.
-
Send communications or collect data without the necessary legal basis and permissions.
Individual accounts should not be shared. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support@conceptzoa.com.
4. External connections and services
External connections provide limited access to accounts and resources authorised by the user and provider.
OAuth authentication takes place with the provider. Conceptzoa does not receive that account's password. Users should review the permissions presented and have authority to grant them.
Connecting an account does not automatically authorise publication, messaging, campaigns, advertising expenditure or use by any AI agent. These actions depend on available functionality and relevant authorisations.
A LinkedIn member connection does not automatically grant company-page access. Integrations in testing or awaiting approval are not represented as generally available.
You may revoke access in the provider's settings or use the application's available disconnect option. Disconnecting does not cancel a subscription or automatically erase all previously processed data.
External services have their own terms and may change functionality, permissions, quotas or availability. Their use does not imply partnership, sponsorship or certification of Conceptzoa by the provider.
When using features relying on YouTube API Services, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:
https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
5. User-supplied content
Users retain the rights they hold in supplied content. They must have the rights, licences and permissions necessary for requested uses, including copyright, image and personality rights, trademarks, confidentiality and data protection.
Possessing a file does not establish permission for every use. Attribution, adaptation, commercial-use and AI-processing restrictions must be respected.
Users grant Conceptzoa non-exclusive permission to host, technically copy, transmit and display content as needed for the service. Translation, adaptation, AI processing and publication are included only when requested or authorised within the applicable scope.
This permission does not grant Conceptzoa the right to sell the content, use it in its own advertising or train general-purpose models with it.
Customer approval does not remove Conceptzoa's expressly undertaken creation, review or publication obligations.
6. Artificial intelligence and deliverables
AI results may contain errors, inaccuracies, similarities to other materials or elements subject to third-party rights. They should be assessed before use or publication, considering any contracted professional review.
Exclusivity and independent copyright protection are not guaranteed for every AI-generated element.
To the extent Conceptzoa holds and may grant the relevant rights, the customer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, enduring licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish and commercially exploit content produced specifically for it, within authorised use and paid for where payment is due.
This licence also applies to customer-specific content created with human input and continues after subscription termination. Third-party and source-data restrictions remain applicable.
The licence excludes ownership of the platform, source code, reusable modules, tools and third-party components. It does not create permanent hosting or software access after service termination.
7. Paid services and renewal
Prices and conditions are provided before contracting. Website development is quoted individually.
Where expressly ordered, subscriptions may be monthly or annual and renew automatically for periods equal to those selected.
Renewal may be cancelled no later than the day preceding the renewal date communicated to the customer. Access continues until the paid period ends. Requests may be emailed to support@conceptzoa.com.
There is no additional minimum commitment beyond the contracted period. Annual payment purchases a year of service.
Convenience cancellation does not entitle the customer to refunds for paid but unused periods. Refunds and other remedies due for incorrect charges, breach or mandatory law remain available.
Project-specific terms, additional usage and professional services follow the accepted proposal or agreement.
8. Availability and liability
Conceptzoa must perform its agreed obligations with professional care. Service levels or availability commitments require express agreement.
Specific commercial results, search rankings and external application approvals are not guaranteed. AI responses do not constitute legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Each party's liability follows applicable law and its agreed obligations. These Terms impose no general exclusion of liability and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using third-party technology does not itself remove Conceptzoa's contractual obligations.
9. Data, suspension and exit
Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Processing on a customer's behalf requires the applicable agreement and instructions.
We may restrict access as necessary to address unlawful use, material breach, security risk or a legal obligation, with information and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate.
Service termination, data return or deletion and exit assistance follow the contract and applicable law. Enduring content rights do not remove the need to retrieve content before contracted hosting ends.
10. Complaints and changes
For questions, complaints or content notifications, contact support@conceptzoa.com with the issue and information needed to assess it.
Material changes to these Terms will be identified and communicated appropriately. Updating this page does not retroactively alter contracts or replace additional acceptance where required.
Governing law and court jurisdiction follow the valid contract and applicable legal rules. This page does not establish an exclusive forum.
